Looking for help creating a routine for our newborn. He was born premature at 35 weeks and 6 days on December 2nd. I understand he is still very young to have a “routine” but help creating the foundation would be helpful. As well as someone to step in and give us a good 5 hours of rest a night taking over a sleep training, bottle feeding at night and changing. $30-50 an hour. Looking for best fit for our family. I would like help post partum after having a c section with meal prep, light cleaning, caring for myself during recovery, laundry and caring for the baby like getting stuff out for baby and changing/ prepping for bath time for toddlers and baby.

My daughter is 6 months old and waking up about 8-10 times a night. I have attempted sleep training but I think I’m doing it wrong.. she is breastfed but I have been attempting to wean her because she uses me as a soother and I think that is part of the problem.
