My main doula package includes comprehensive support designed to empower and guide you through your childbirth journey. We will start with two prenatal appointments, where we will cover a wide range of information tailored to your specific needs and preferences. At a consultation, we can delve into these topics in detail. Beginning at 38 weeks, I will be on call for you, providing continuous support until your baby is born. I will be there to assist you during the birth, ensuring you have the physical, emotional, and informational support you need. Additionally, I will visit you for one postpartum appointment a few weeks after your baby arrives to help with your transition into parenthood.
