Details: – Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (18 hrs/week) – $25-35/hour DOE – Santa Monica Start date: ASAP What we’re looking for: Someone with real infant experience who knows what milestones are coming and can partner with us on sleep, feeding, and play. Bilingual English/Spanish is a nice to have— we’d love our little one to hear both. Must be fully vaccinated (Tdap, flu, MMR, COVID) and have strong recent references. While baby naps, light help around the house is part of the role — bottles, baby laundry, tidying up. No deep cleaning. Bonus: If you have availability outside these days, we’d happily use you for occasional date nights and last-minute care (paid separately). I will request a trial two trial days to make sure it's a good fit.

I’m open to giving birth wherever it’s possible, preferably hospital because it’s safer but I’m open to home birth too, if I get enough of education and coaching. I plan to give birth at UCLA Santa Monica. I really don't have much in the budget, maybe a couple thousand. I'm potentially interested in hypnotherapy and aromatherapy, but not opposed to an epidural, and would like a very quiet and calm environment with minimal yelling. Absolutely no circumcision under any circumstances. Apparently I have a chance at getting reimbursed for doula services if they work under a license of some kind, so that would be preferred. I have Blue Shield PPO, in case that's helpful. I'm 35 so "Advanced Maternal Age", and have been flagged as high-risk for my weight.
