About me

Hi, I’m Crystal, a certified birth doula and proud mom of four. My own journey into motherhood has been the heart behind my passion for birth work. I’ve experienced two hospital births and two homebirths, with one being unassisted, and each of those births shaped me in unique ways. They taught me how powerful, instinctive, and transformative birth can be, and they inspired me to support other women on their own journeys. As your doula, my goal is to walk beside you with encouragement, compassion, and advocacy. I believe every woman deserves to feel confident, respected, and empowered during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. Whether you are planning a hospital birth, birth center birth, or homebirth, I’m here to provide continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to help you feel prepared and supported every step of the way.

Service introduction

I offer gentle, personalized support through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As your doula, I’m by your side with steady, compassionate care, holding space for your experience, supporting your choices, and helping you feel safe, confident, and truly cared for every step of the way. I also serve as a postpartum doula and am currently training as a lactation specialist, so I can continue to nurture you as you heal, bond with your baby, and find your rhythm in those tender early days.

This package includes two prenatal appointments, on-call support beginning at 38 weeks, complete labor and delivery support, and one postpartum visit.

Gentle, hands-on support for the early days at home. I offer nurturing postpartum care tailored to your family—newborn care, feeding support, light household help, and space for you to rest and recover. Whether you need reassurance, practical guidance, or a calm presence, I’m here to help you feel confident, supported, and not alone as you settle into life with your baby.

Crystal was my first experience with a doula and attended my first natural birth experience, though my fifth pregnancy. She was amazing in providing me with any information I didn't have and though I'm an experienced mother, having a natural birth was new territory for me. She provided counter pressure for me when we were getting towards the end and really talked me through the hardest parts of labor and birth. She encouraged me to calm down and breathe in transition, when I felt I was panicking a little. It made a huge difference. She's not afraid to advocate for you and she made sure to know what was important to us before we gave birth. She was always available for me to contact her and I would highly recommend her.
