Hi, I’m Reyna, and I’m honored to support families through one of the most meaningful transitions of their lives. I am a DONA-certified birth and postpartum doula, as well as a certified childbirth educator, dedicated to providing holistic, evidence-based, and personalized care. I am CPR First-Aid and AED certified. My background includes extensive experience as a nanny, where I developed a deep understanding of newborn care, child development, and the day-to-day needs of growing families. I also have experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which strengthened my ability to provide patient, adaptable, and family-centered support. As your doula, my goal is to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where you feel heard, informed, and confident in your choices. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, or adjusting to life with your newborn, I am here to walk alongside you with encouragement and care, and to ease and anxiety and fears. I believe every family deserves to feel supported, respected, and nurtured—and it would be a privilege to be part of your journey.

What to expect

I offer comprehensive, compassionate support through birth, postpartum, and education to help you feel confident and prepared every step of the way. As a birth doula, I provide continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy and labor. I help you explore your options, create a birth plan that reflects your values, and feel empowered in your decisions. During labor, I am by your side offering comfort measures, advocacy support, and reassurance so you never feel alone in your experience. My postpartum doula services are designed to ease your transition into life with your newborn. I offer hands-on support with newborn care, feeding, recovery, and emotional well-being, while also helping you build confidence in your new role. My goal is to create a safe, supported environment so you can rest, heal, and bond with your baby. In addition, I provide childbirth education to help you understand the birth process, pain management options, and what to expect during postpartum. These sessions are tailored to your needs so you feel informed, prepared, and empowered going into your birth experience. No matter where you are in your journey, I’m here to support you with care, knowledge, and encouragement.

Reyna was honestly such a huge help for our family, especially in those first few weeks. She supported me with breastfeeding in a way that felt patient and encouraging, never pushy or overwhelming. Frequently asked questions

When should I hire a doula?

You can reach out at any point during pregnancy, but many families book during their second or early third trimester. Booking earlier gives us more time to build a relationship and prepare together. My birth support includes prenatal preparation, on-call availability beginning at 36 weeks, continuous labor support, and postpartum follow-up.

Will you support me if I choose an epidural or my birth plan changes?

Absolutely. My role is to support you, not a specific type of birth. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, epidural, induction, or your birth takes an unexpected turn, I’ll be there to help you feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout the experience.

Does a doula replace my partner during labor?

Not at all! I work alongside your partner and help them feel more confident and involved. I can suggest comfort techniques, positions, and ways they can support you while also stepping in when they need a break.

Do you advocate for me during birth?

I help you understand your options, ask questions, and communicate your preferences with your care team. I won’t make medical decisions or speak over you, but I’ll help you feel informed and confident using your own voice.

What happens if you’re unavailable when I go into labor?

I have backup doula support in place for unexpected circumstances. My goal is to make sure you aren’t left without support when you need it, and we can discuss my backup arrangements during your consultation.
