My career has been dedicated to providing comprehensive support to new families during one of the most transformative time in life. With a 25-year career as a Early Childhood Educator, the past 10-years has been as a Nanny & Family Assistant while training and certifying for Holistic Doula specializing in postpartum care, lactation consultant, certified Postpartum Nutritionist, and Advanced Newborn Care Specialist. My approach to support your recovery and healing, is grounded in nutrition for postpartum healing. I provide experience, evidence-based compassionate care, and general help so you can get some rest and feel supported. Newborn Care Specialist packages and pricing

Daytime Postpartum support

$30. Hrs- minimum 4 hrs per visit
Breastfeeding counseling/latch and positioning support
Help understanding baby cues/soothing baby
Caring for mamma as she recovers from birth
Diapering and baby care
Taking care of baby's laundry
Organize the nursery
Light housekeeping
Prepare and cook light meals
Help with processing your birth story
Overnight Nanny $35. Hrs minimum of 6 hrs.per night

$35 USD · Per hour

Virtual Doula

Virtual support available through zoom, Skype, FaceTime.
Communication can also be through email and text

$200 USD · Flat rate

What to expect

I consider it a privilege to support new mothers and their families, especially during the Postpartum phase. This is a time for you to rest, allow for healing and connection to your baby.
