Desi was fantastic with our nap and nighttime routines. She followed Moms on Call and really had a knack for helping our baby learn to self-soothe. Of course, she always knew when and how to offer our baby assistance on tougher days and nights. Her consistency made a huge difference in our little one's sleep, she helped us get through the 4 month regression with ease. Highly recommend her to any family following or looking for help with a structured sleep method.

Desirae was spectacular during her time with us from January through March. As first-time parents with a newborn baby girl, she gave us the comfort and peace of mind we truly needed so our days could run smoothly. She went above and beyond with daily care—handling all bottle sterilization, staying on top of the baby’s laundry, and making sure the nursery and diaper stations were constantly fully stocked. Even after working a full 8- or 9-hour nights, she would still proactively ask if anything else was needed before leaving. She is an incredible caregiver, and we cannot recommend her highly enough to any growing family!"

Desirae Watkins is one of The best Nannie’s around my kids love her .She does what’s needed and extra for my kiddos they had a rough time with our old nanny but since Desirae came around they don’t even look at her as a nanny but as a part of the family .She’s very family oriented and does an excellent job ,on time no problem please let her take care of your children You won’t regret it
