A Dallas native, Madison was inspired to be a doula as far back as elementary school when she and her older sister watched TLC’s A Baby Story in the early 2000s. Madison completed DONA International Training March 2020. Since 2020, Madison has assisted mothers through VBACs, C-Sections, vaginal births with and without epidurals, home births, birthing center births and hospital births. Madison passionately encourages all pregnant mothers to have a doula who advocates for and is totally focused on the mother’s desires, comfort, and endurance. She builds a relationship her clients before, during and after birth experiences and stays up-to-date on the latest techniques and tools to make the birthing process the best it can be. Madison is a placenta encapsulator and loves talking about all things related to birth. Madison has worked as a nanny for many years since college and has a flexible schedule. Hi! I’m Candace Born and raised on the sweet islands of Trinidad and Tobago and the oldest of four girls. I spent the first few years of life in a household with my maternal grandmother, learning first hand what it means to care for and nurture a woman. I believe every woman has the right to a safe and healthy pregnancy and birth experience. For over 15 years, I have been working with women, as they journey through what it takes to become pregnant, sustain pregnancy, care for a new life and grieve through pregnancy or infant loss. This is my passion! I am here to support, encourage, inform, teach and honor your wishes from fertility through pregnancy, birth and loss.

When my husband and I first found out we were expecting, I started researching birth like a madwoman - determined to leave no stone unturned! I wanted to be prepared, but most of all, I was afraid. I was terrified of the unknown and all the horror stories I had seen on TV and heard from other women. As I educated myself, I became fascinated with birth and the amazing way God has created women's bodies to bring life into the world. My anxieties were soothed; birth didn’t have to be scary and miserable! It can be purposeful and empowering! I was able to experience doula support firsthand as a first-time mom, and the difference it made to have someone who knows birth and what was normal, to hold my hand and apply counterpressure to my aching back, and to encourage and support my husband as well was huge. Shortly after my first birth experience, I started the processs to become a doula myself. During my certification, I was able to aid in several different labors. It was a blessing to be able to learn with these mamas during such a beautiful and intimate part of their lives. Now, I am blessed to walk with women through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum pretty consistently, and I can say that there is absolutely nothing like watching women achieve their birth goals together with their husbands. That moment of disbelief, triumph, and sweet relief when baby is born and they realize it is over and they DID IT! I find myself praising God all the more after each experience!

Hello everyone, my name is Trisha. I live in Fort Worth, TX and I serve Fort Worth and Dallas. I recently moved here from New Jersey with my husband, 5 kids, cat and dog and I love it here! I have always wanted to be in birthwork, since I had my first child at 18, but never knew where I would fit in. A few years ago I learned what a doula was and knew that that was where I belong. I love all things pregnancy and childbirth and love to learn more about it. I have worked in restaurants my whole life so I am very good at multi tasking and thinking on my feet and solving problems. I am a newer doula, however I have been helping friends, co workers and family forever with childbirth. I love to be there to help during the most amazing time of everyone's lives and know what a privilege it is to be involved in such a emotional and private time. Hi! My name is Rebeca Gedeon and I am a certified birth doula located in Weatherford, TX. I love supporting moms in all labor and delivery locations, and with any kind of provider. My first experience with birth was when my mom delivered my brother under the supervision of a traditional midwife over 24 years ago. I have since had 6 children of my own, and those labors and deliveries fueled my passion for supporting moms. I have personal experience with twins and NICU. I have supported moms through their dream births as well as birth plans that needed adjustment for medically necessary reasons. One of my biggest strengths is supporting mom in what they wish, but also being able to slow down and explain what is going on if plans have to adjust rapidly. I will labor with you at home if you desire, even if you plan to transfer to another location, and I will follow you into the OR if needed and desired. I am not only a certified labor and birth doula, I have added training with body balancing techniques to help you and your body navigate labor. I am familiar with Spinning Babies techniques.
