Exceptionally You Wellness provides holistic and evidence based support across all stages of reproductive and perinatal wellness. The owner is a certified Full Spectrum Doula, Childbirth Educator, Placenta Encapsulation Specialist, Reiki Master Teacher, and Women's Wellness Practitioner with a background in psychology and social services. She brings a unique understanding of both emotional and practical needs to her work. Our Approach Exceptionally You Wellness blends evidence-based practices with holistic support to nurture the mind, body, and spirit through every stage of reproductive and perinatal care. Trauma Informed and Person Centered Each client's lived experience shapes support. Every person is met with compassion, deep listening, and care that moves at their pace. Inclusive and Affirming All families are welcome here. LGBTQIA, BIPOC, and poly families are supported with respect and without judgment. Holistic and Practical Traditional wellness practices are integrated with current clinical knowledge to create well-rounded support that honors both intuition and science. The goal is to provide care that not only supports physical health but also uplifts emotional well-being and personal agency every step of the way.

Full Birth Support

Full Birth Support includes personalized prenatal visits, continuous labor and birth support, and postpartum follow-up to ensure you feel empowered and cared for throughout your entire journey into parenthood. This comprehensive package is designed to provide emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your unique needs.

Labor and Birth Only

Labor and Birth Support includes one prenatal visit to create a personalized birth plan, continuous care during labor and delivery, and one postpartum visit to check in and support your transition. I’m here to provide comfort, advocacy, and reassurance every step of the way.

Postpartum Doula Support

Postpartum Doula Support provides compassionate, practical assistance during the first weeks after birth. I offer hands-on help with newborn care, emotional support, parent coaching, and self-care guidance to help you recover and adjust confidently to life with your new baby.
