1. I haven’t gotten a referral yet but I think I’ll go with El Camino in Mountain View 2. I’m looking for a doula that accepts tricare. I’m also open to paying out of pocket but tricare would be my first pick. 3. This is my second child and the labor with my first was under 4 hours. Birth plan this time would be to labor without an epidural. All other parts of my birth plan I’m open to suggestions. I’d like to labor at home if possible.

Our second child is due in the first week of December 2026. It is going to be a scheduled C-section. Our first baby was born healthy, and we expect the same for our second baby. We are looking for a night nanny's support to take care of the baby during the first 6 to 8 weeks, 5 to 7 nights a week. 8 hours a night. I would like to try different types of pain management and am open to all if necessary. Ideally I do not want to have an IV so movement is possible.
