Hello, I am Joy Watts. I am giving birth for the first time to my baby boy!. I need help with delivering him naturally into this world. I don’t want to have a C-section and I want help to maintain the things that I may not know I need to maintain in my pregnancy. I need someone to assist me on maybe exercises to be able to get and stay fit and healthy for my baby in this pregnancy. I would love to find someone that can help me with that’d. I would like to know if I qualify to give birth naturally if I had cs in 2023 march,would like to give birth home and my budget is around 6000dollars
I plan to give birth at Christiana Care in northern Delaware. I’d like to find a doula that takes my insurance and can provide the 3 prenatal, 3 postnatal visits and labor/delivery support. I’m going to be a first time, single mom by choice and am not sure who, if anyone, will be in the delivery room with me and I’d like an advocate and someone I trust to help support and help me understand what is going on and my choices in real time. I’ve also never given birth before so someone that can help me figure out what to expect, what should even be included in a birth plan and what choices or things I should consider. I’m an older mom so someone with alot of experience is appreciated, but I value personality matching and a good fit more. As a single mom I will be happy for any and all additional help someone can provide, I anticipate being very overwhelmed those first few weeks. In-Network with Highmark BCBS is a must.
