About me
Hello! My name is Denise, I am a nurturing professional baby nurse caring for the emotional and physical wellbeing of newborns, preemies, and twins. I began my career as a fulltime nanny for over 16 years however I have transitioned to serving as an overnight baby nurse presently for over 14 years. At this point in time, I am interested in continuing to further my career as a baby nurse and now most recently as a certified postpartum doula. In addition, I have well over thirty years total experience caring for newborns preemies and twins working with new parents. More specifically, my skills include fostering open communication, not only verbal but also keeping a baby log as well as promoting healthy sleep habits and providing guidance to parents on the best methods to regulate feeding, sleep training, bathing, etc. Although my resume is rather comprehensive, it cannot fully demonstrate the manner I have achieved success. My tender, caring, empathetic, compassionate, and loving attributes necessary when caring for newborns can be best evidenced within the context of a personal meeting.
