What does an overnight doula do

An overnight postpartum doula provides support while you rest. This may include : Newborn care Supporting feeding Light household task related to (baby care, laundry, bottles) Creating a calm, restful overnight environment.

Will you still e involved with baby at night?

Yes- your preferences guides everything. If breastfeeding, bay is brought to you for feeds if outlets feeding i can handle feeds whilst you rest You choose the level of involvement This is your care, your way.

What hours do Doulas typically work?

Overnight shifts usually range from: 8-10 hours (example: 9pm-6am) Schedules are customised based on your family’s needs.

Can doulas help with sleep routines?

Yes. While newborns are not sleep trained, I support healthy sleep habits Gentle. Routines Understanding newborn sleep patterns This helps lay a strong foundation for future sleep.
