Outside of doula work, Alaina has a deep love for nature and finds peace in hiking, camping, and enjoying scenic views. What to expect

I provide birth, postpartum, and placenta encapsulation services rooted in compassion, trust, and care. My purpose is to walk alongside you, educating and informing you every step of the way, offering tips and tricks for labor, delivery, and postpartum, and holding space for whatever your journey brings. When that sacred moment of birth arrives, your OBGYN or midwife will be focused on bringing baby into the world, your partner will be there to love and support you and I’ll be right by your side, making sure you feel grounded, safe, and held. My role is to gently guide your breath, ease your tension, and create comfort in the midst of intensity. Birth is a powerful physiological process driven by your hormones and rooted in feminine energy and I believe in allowing your body and baby to work together in harmony to bring baby earthside peacefully. If you desire to experience an unmedicated birth, I am here to support and empower you to trust your body and your strength. When the baby arrives, my role transitions into nurturing both of you during the tender postpartum period. I provide feeding support, diaper change, establishing a sleep routine, and soothing baby. In my community, I’m affectionately known as the “baby whisperer,” and to my clients, I’m often described as a safety blanket someone who brings calm, reassurance, and care when it’s needed most. I treat every client like family, creating a warm, respectful, and sacred space where you can feel seen, heard, and truly supported.
