Our services are designed to cater to the diverse needs of expectant and new parents and include: For Birth Doula Services: - Complimentary thirty-minute consultation -Development of a personalized birthing plan -Two prenatal meetings to discuss preferences and preparations -Continuous support during labor and delivery -Ongoing text and phone support as needed -Guidance and assistance with breastfeeding -Two postpartum meetings, with one visit per week for two weeks following childbirth For Postpartum Doula Services: -Complimentary thirty-minute consultation to assess needs and preferences -Six postpartum meetings to provide support and guidance -Assistance with postpartum planning and adjustment -Weekly in-home visits for six weeks to offer practical and emotional support -Continued availability for text and phone support -Preparation of fourteen customized meals to aid in postpartum recovery and nourishment
