Hello! I'm Donna and I am a Mother-Baby Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. I am excited you’re here! I have worked with new moms and babies for the fourteen years and I am also a mother myself. I use my expertise, knowledge and passion to provide a holistic and professional service where you and your baby can gain the tools you need to connect in a calm and relaxed environment. I look forward to meeting you and your little one!
Lactation Consultant packages and pricing
Initial Visit
Whether you are just starting your journey or having issues with milk supply, latching difficulties, infant weight loss, or just need some answers to your concerns, I will provide a full consultation scheduled around your baby's feeding schedule. This visit lasts 1.5 hours and includes follow-up e-mail support for two weeks for communication to remain HIPAA compliant.
Follow up Visit
Follow-ups are scheduled as needed after an initial consultation, visit lasts 1 hour and includes a weight check, another feeding assessment and an updated plan of care.
Telehealth Follow Up
For clients who need additional support beyond email or prefer not to schedule an in-home visit, I offer a convenient 30 minute Telehealth session. This virtual consultation provides a dedicated time to address more complex questions, assess ongoing challenges, and offer personalized guidance to help you move forward confidently. Telehealth sessions are an excellent way to receive expert advice from the comfort of your home, allowing for flexibility while ensuring you get the support you need
Prenatal Lactation Visit
This is a one-hour virtual prenatal lactation consultation that is an invaluable opportunity to prepare for your breastfeeding journey. During this session, we will cover the basics of breastfeeding, positioning, the milk process, establishing a good milk supply and so much more! We will discuss the different types of breastfeeding equipment you might find helpful like pumps, accessories, etc. This “what you need to know” introduction provides you with the foundational knowledge to feel more confident and prepared as you enter this new stage, so you can start your breastfeeding journey with greater ease.
What to expect
I offer a range of in-home and online services and packages designed to suit your individual needs and circumstances. *I partner with The Lactation Network (TLN) to provide insurance-covered lactation services. While we strive to ensure a smooth process, approval of insurance coverage is subject to verification by TLN and your insurance provider *
