Recently moved and seeking information on local options for natural birthing support at local hospital for 1st time mom.

As of today, I am planning to give birth at GMBC, I am an OB who practices at their campus in Towson, MD. I am relying heavily on my two insurance plans and am willing to pay the copays/what they do not cover. I also have not drawn up or outlined a birth plan. I do know I do not what to be induced unless absolutely necessary (AKA Pitocin pressured) and I am open to an epidural. I am really looking for someone I can rely on to educate both parties involved being my significant other and I and my mother who are at this moment who I want present for the birth. And more importantly enforce boundaries from a more medically trained/educated standpoint on my behalf and with my health/survival in mind. I plan to have a hospital birth, iv heard that this services can be covered by my health insurance I have a low income. I plan to have an epidural during labor I would like avoid unnecessary things such as patocine during labor sense iv learned that this is bad for the baby during labor if I don’t need it. I want to trust my own body to do the labor/ delivery process, I would like to be more educated and confident during my labor and have someone to advocate for me. I would like to use natural alternatives to help smoother labor experience.

I am 26 years old and this is my first child so I would like someone to just give me advice and basically be there for me through this journey.
