I am a Health Psychologist and take an integrative and compassionate approach to treat mental health issues resulting from pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. I specialize in health psychology and understand the connection between psychological issues and your health. I am passionate about helping mothers overcome trauma, addiction, anxiety, and health issues within a supportive space. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), hypnosis, and biofeedback.
