One of my main priorities is finding a birth doula who is in-network with Anthem. We also have access to Carrot benefits, so if the birth doula is in-network with Carrot that would be awesome.

I’m looking for a doula in the Seattle area to support me and my partner throughout pregnancy, labor, and the transition into postpartum. This is my first pregnancy, and I’m feeling very nervous. My first trimester has been especially difficult, both physically and mentally, so I would really appreciate ongoing support through the different phases of pregnancy, not just during the birth itself. I’m planning a hospital birth and am open to pain medication, including an epidural. I’d love someone who respects my preferences, helps me understand my options, and supports me as those preferences may evolve. I’m hoping to find someone warm, patient, and reassuring who can help me feel more informed and confident. Supporting my partner is also important to me, including helping him feel prepared and showing him how to support me during labor.
