Due date or baby's birthday: February 11, 2025
1. Newborn CPR certified, English speaking, has some experience with bottle refusal and/or colic. 2. 3 months old baby boy. Rhone has colic but it is improving. He prefers to be moving, in the carrier, walked, bounced, or held upright. If he does not burp after feeds, he will be in pain. He's got a sensitive little body, but otherwise is healthy. So far, he does not take a pacifier or bottle, but we would like to practice bottle feeding. He doesn't have nursing challenges and is gaining weight. We're visiting a feeding specialist next week and would like our night nanny to be able to implement whatever suggestions they have. 3. Assistance with sleep training would be great - we sleep trained our older son and would like Rhone to practice falling asleep in his bassinet or crib drousy but awake. He is currently being swaddled, rocked, sometimes nursed to sleep. We do not want to do a cry it out method yet and do not wish to eliminate night time feeding, but are hoping for more consolidated sleep. If Rhone is sleeping well, other duties may include running laundry, folding laundry, tidying up kitchen. If eventually he is able to bottle feed, duties would include cleaning bottle parts and pump parts. My main goal is to get some rest myself, knowing that my son is being well taken care of. I expect the night nanny to bring him to me to nurse, but take care of the rest of his care during their shift. At the present moment, I think he is nursing way more often at night than necessary because I am so tired and just want him to go back to sleep. So, probably snacking, taking short naps and not getting into a good rhythm to promote longer stretches between feeds. 4. My estimated budget would be between $25-35 depending on responsibilities and experience.

Melody is looking for Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Night Nanny
Location: Everett, WA 98203, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: August 30, 2025
I will have a scheduled c section at Providence Everett. I have apple health (Medicaid). So we don’t have much money to spend out of pocket. My husband and I have an older daughter (5 years old) and no other family in the area. We will need most help in the evenings after baby is born. My husband is a freelance graphic designer so he doesn’t have paternity leave so he will need to continue working soon after baby is born.
Demirra is looking for Night Nanny

We are looking for a nanny that is certified with Child Care Basics, Health and safety, and pediatric first aid and CPR, we’d also like you to have a current background check. At least 2-3 years experience with a newborn. Upon hire, we’d expect for you to keep up with diapering, feeding, and cleaning pertaining to the baby I.e. dirty clothes, blankets, and bottles. We’d be able to pay between $15-20
Leslie is looking for Newborn Care Specialist, Sleep Coach, Night Nanny
Location: Seattle, WA 98102, USA
Due date or baby's birthday: January 14, 2025
She must have certification, have experience, have references that can be contacted and live in Seattle or be able to travel to zip code 98102. She must be available for overnight to feed, change and comfort the baby for 3-5 days per week for 1-2 months. Baby was born 1/14/2025 and is healthy. He nurses or is bottle fed about every 2 hours and sleeps 1-2 hours at a time. At present he doesn’t sleep well in the bassinet, so getting him to sleep alone in bassinet or crib and sleeping a longer amount of time is a goal. Cleaning baby’s bottles, tidying baby’s room and baby’s laundry are additional duties. Budget is limited, so it’s probably only feasible to have someone less than a 40-hour week.
