Little Girl due end of November and will need overnight support for the first 3 months with the ability to reassess towards the end of the contracted time. We will need at least 4 nights a week for 8 hr shifts. Little one will be combo fed for easier support. We do not have a tribe here and are trying to put one together. We have day time support already covered most days which is very needed as Husband is unable to take any paternity leave from work despite working from home full-time. There also wont be any additional tasks to do outside of Baby overnight. We have food prep and Laundry more than covered. We are really looking for someone to help everyone sleep with ease in this new phase of life that just accidentally happens to be falling at the same time as some other huge life changes.

I’m looking for overnight newborn care in Mill Creek, WA. Who is eligible or can become eligible through Carrot Fertility. We’re looking for a fairly substantial commitment: approximately February through April 2027 (about 3 months), ideally 5 nights/week and at least 40 hours/week of overnight care. Something around 10 PM–6 AM would work well, although we’re flexible on the exact overnight schedule. We are flexible on the Hourly rate. 2nd baby in Kent. Experienced postpartum mood disorders during first pregnancy and trying to avoid it this time around. Looking for 3 nights per week (9pm- 5am) to assist with changing and putting baby to sleep. I plan to nurse. Baby is expected 11/23. We have a home with dogs.
