3 week old had gained a whole pound at her 2 week appointment and thought feeding was going great. She is now popping on and off the breast and fussing during feeds. Would love an in home visit if possible. Budget $100-$200 do you take tricare select?

13 day old baby boy is always woken up for feeds, he is extremely sleepy and hard to keep awake at the breast. Last week I experienced painful latching from him, my nipples were bleeding and would look like lipstick when he was done. I worked on his latch and positioning and took him to chiropractic and I am not experiencing bleeding or pain with my nipples now. Sometimes there’s a pinch at the beginning of a latch but I have not been experiencing an entire painful feed. I have an unreliable baby scale at home but it looks like baby has not gained weight since Saturday (it showed 9lb 1oz on Saturday but now his weight keeps fluctuating between 8lb 15.0oz and 9lb 1oz - I briefly saw it at the 9lb 2oz but it’s still gone back down in that same day - it fluctuates a lot). Yesterday he peed and stooled sooo much which tells me he’s getting intake but I’m confused why he’s not gaining more weight. I am exclusively breastfeeding him about 10 times a day - I give myself 1-4hr stretch in the beginning of the night and then a 3 hour stretch, and then it’s about every 2 hours for the rest of the day (sometimes I’m late and it goes to 3 hours during the day but we mostly hit the 2hr mark). I have to wake him for almost all feeds, the evening is the only time he’s really awake and asking for it himself. I am extremely stressed out about feeding him, I so badly want to exclusively breastfeed him throughout this journey I just don’t know what to do to help him do better and gain weight. I would really like an in-person consult, I have tried virtual but I think he needs to be weighed before and after a feed to see what he’s truly taking in and I would like a consultant to see his latch hands on/in person. I don’t know what a reasonable budget is for lactation but am open to discussing what my options are.

He latched at the hospital and now I can’t get him to latch. I know all the things I need to do but it’s not working. I can’t seem to cup his head properly to bring him to my nipple. I also have big boobs so it feels more challenging. I need someone to correct what I’m doing as he has been successful before. Budget is $100, it said this was free on the previous page?

Looking for a newborn Doula in Bellevue WA to assist with our first child birth.

I am looking for a birth doula for a first time mother, I will be attempting to give birth in a hospital (preferably a baby friendly hospital in Kirkland, to promote breastfeeding) but i want to avoid medications and surgeries if possible. I dont have a set budget, I will be saving for this during the next few months and asking my family for assistance if they have anything to help. I am 27, this would be my first birth and I am epileptic (currently medication controlled but still a risk) I dont think I could afford any other services or aid unless it is out of the goodness of your heart.
