An experienced individual (5+ years) willing to entertain three small children, start and fold laundry, prep breakfast and lunch, clean/tidy around the house as needed (vacuum, wipe counters, clean bathrooms/toilets, etc.), and hold the baby so I can rest.

I plan to give birth in a hospital, but I do not have a specific provider yet as we were given orders to move to Whidbey last week. I will be 34-36 weeks pregnant when we arrive. I would like to try to have a VBAC with as little intervention as possible. I have Tricare insurance.

My OB says there is a 20% chance she'll be in the room for delivery, apparently that's average. I want someone in the room who is there to uphold my wishes and birth plan. I want a natural birth. I funny want to clamp the cord until it spots pulsing. I'm on the fence about vitamin k. I don't want my baby to be bathed right away, or taken from me. I don't consent to the eye treatment they put on baby, or any vaccines. My wife is due on 9/28/2026 with our first child. A baby girl. Sadly, I have to go in for a major surgery on 9/3 that cannot wait. I will need 6 weeks to recover and we are not sure when the baby will come and how much help we will need once we are home. I would like a woman, someone who speaks good english and someone who can assist my wife and myself while we are getting through a tough time for the both of us. I will not be able to lift anything more than 10 lbs for 6 weeks post surgery. Any additional cooking, help around the house would be greatly needed and appreciated.
