Lord willing, I will give birth to our third-born this October in Langley, BC, canada. I plan to give birth at my parents little cottage at the back of their property. Our estimated budget is up to $3,000 cad, which would provide prenatal care from around 26 weeks until I birth the baby, and then up until six weeks after. Id love two home visits after the birth, and would expect one visit for sure! Our birth plan is essentially to water birth the baby at home, potentially outdoors in the rain!!! (Weather permitting). I plan to give birth in a hospital, but I do not have a specific provider yet as we were given orders to move to Whidbey last week. I will be 34-36 weeks pregnant when we arrive. I would like to try to have a VBAC with as little intervention as possible. I have Tricare insurance.

An experienced individual (5+ years) willing to entertain three small children, start and fold laundry, prep breakfast and lunch, clean/tidy around the house as needed (vacuum, wipe counters, clean bathrooms/toilets, etc.), and hold the baby so I can rest.

We're looking for someone to help postpartum (for sure in the first two weeks and then periodically when my husband goes back to work). We want a provider who has done this for at least a couple years, is certified in CPR and is okay with dogs (my border collie mix is super friendly but if you're allergic then we won't be a good fit!) Looking to learn how to identify cues when baby is hunger vs uncomfortable vs needing to burp. Help with baby first bath Budget is $1K-$2K.
