I have the EPO plan through Aetna. Aetna Open Access Aetna SelectSM and my plan renews on 7/1/15-6/30/26 I need to provide both a provider and a CPT code to see if my insurance covers Doula services. I would also like to understand Lactation and pelvic floor services covered by Aetna. At this point in time I am looking to give birth at OHSU since my regular provider at the SE PDX Adventist birthing center does not have a NICU. Newberg Providence Hospital 2000 is budget for doula Birth plan: I have a cerclage being taken out on May 7th. My hope is soon after I will go in to labor and get to do labor in the bath. And then try and go as long as possible without needed an epidural. I’m not opposed to getting an epidural. I would like to breast feed asap after birth. No vaccines, no circumcision and the least invasive as possible with my newborn. I’d also like to do placenta encapsulation.

I plan to give birth in Salem, Oregon at the Salem Hospital. I am a Kaiser Permanente member and could give birth at their Sunnyside location in Clackamas, Oregon (it is an hour away so only if I can make it there in time).
