Planning on planned CSection at St. Joseph hospital in Tacoma, WA. My last pregnancy the post partum anxiety and depression was bad and I would like more support. I’m not quite sure about my budget. We had a day nanny last time and we paid about $22 an hour. So based off of that I just want to do some research.

I would like the caregiver to be CPR certified. Must have 2 years experience, bonus if experienced with premies. My daughter was born Nov 27, 2024 at 32 weeks via emergency c section. She spent the first month in the NICU. Possibly has silent reflux so must be fed upright. Other duties would include washing bottles and making sure formula is made. She is on a higher calorie count so we have a recipe to follow when mixing formula as well.

Hello, we have baby number two on the way and are thinking it might be beneficial for us to have some extra help, especially at night. Our daughter (she just turned 1 last month) was born 5 weeks early, so although our son is due at the end of January, there’s a possibility he may arrive early as well. We’ll probably want help 1-3 nights per week at the end of December and/or January of 2026. Our main goal is to be able to get some extra rest at night, especially since we’ll have two babies to take care of this time around. My husband won’t have that much time off of work and I’m a stay at home mom. Also, last time I struggled with breastfeeding (my daughter was so little and would just fall asleep and we didn’t get off to a good start at all) and I ended up exclusively pumping. I’m really hoping to have a better experience with nursing this time around. I was hoping to potentially have help with that as well. To answer the question prompts, I’m going to give birth to the baby at the hospital. Our budget is $75 per hour max, preferably closer to $50 per hour. I’m hoping to have another vaginal birth and I’m also hoping to make it closer to full term this time. Thank you!

At least 2 years of experience. I have twin girls. Vaccinated rsv, hep b, covid, etc. Looking for help between 12am-8pm or 10pm-6am 2-3 nights per week. If spoke tagalog great but not required. 2. 3 weeks old fraternal twin girls. Drink formula breast milk. Jordyn can get congested so nasal aspirator and drops as needed. 3. Sleep training depending on when started. Cleaning bottles, kitchen, laundry, changing them, diaper changing, feeding.
