Take night time shift with twins 1 month old almost 2 months

We are looking to find information on a night postpartum doula OR night nanny. I'm looking for night care specifically so unsure which will suffice. My mother in law will be here helping for a couple weeks however, we would like continued care after she leaves. We are looking for 3-4 nights a week for approximately 1-2 months as I may have a c section and need all the help I can get. 1) Nanny needs to have a babysitting license, know how to preform CPR on new born if needed, at least 5 years of experience, and speak English. 2) Newborn- 4weeks old, uses formula takes about 4oz, 3oz right away then burped then might finish the other ounce within the hour if still hungry after burping, but needs to be burped once during the feeding then once after the feeding. 3) Working on sleep shaping with her as she is too little to start sleep training. Do a bath then get sleepwear on, feed, snuggles then to bed. No set time on bedtime yet. 4) $200 per night. Looking for at least 2-3 nights a week

Planning on planned CSection at St. Joseph hospital in Tacoma, WA. My last pregnancy the post partum anxiety and depression was bad and I would like more support. I’m not quite sure about my budget. We had a day nanny last time and we paid about $22 an hour. So based off of that I just want to do some research.
