In particular, could you share your typical overnight schedule, rates or package options, minimum commitment, and what is generally included during a shift? We are still determining exactly how many nights per week we will need, but are hoping to find someone who can help us get rest while offering practical newborn-care support and guidance during the early weeks. Second baby, attempting vbac. Didn't have a doula with my first birth. Ended up being induced due to heart rate decelerations, labour progressed well but babe was struggling with contractions so moved to c section. I really felt like I missed out on a physiological birth, and I've been told by my OB that I'm likely a good candidate for a vbac. Currently 33 weeks, IVF pregnancy.

I am in need of a doula to guide myself and my husband, Shaheen, through the pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum period (including breastfeeding). We are hoping you can provide us with specific, actionable ways for Shaheen to support me during pregnancy, especially during labor, and during the postpartum period. I hope to labor at home as long as possible, avoid the epidural if possible, and I really would like to avoid a C-section.
