About me

My passion lies in helping parents achieve their health and family goals. It's truly rewarding for me to witness them finding physical, emotional, and mental ease in their lives. Currently, I work in the Philadelphia area, supporting parents during those precious early days at home with their newborns. My goal is to help them establish a strong sense of security while they learn new skills. I also provide overnight support, ensuring parents feel rested and confident as they embrace their new roles. To accomplish this, I bring together my expertise in newborn care, coaching/doula support, sleep consulting, and nutritional therapy, creating a heartfelt and supportive environment for the entire family to grow confidently.
