I’m a certified postpartum doula and a graduate student studying Infant Development and Family Early Intervention. My approach combines hands-on support with evidence based knowledge to help families navigate the early months with confidence and ease. I focus on understanding each baby’s unique needs and supporting parents in ways that promote healthy growth, secure attachment and overall well-being. From soothing nighttime fussiness to helping establish routines that encourage development, my goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment where both baby and parents feel supported and empowered. I believe that parents thrive when they feel informed, supported and confident and that babies thrive when they receive consistent, compassionate care. By combining my doula training with graduate-level study in infant development, I provide guidance, reassurance and practical strategies tailored to each family’s preferences and needs.
