Service introduction

Hi Parents, A Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) provides professional, evidence-based support to families during the early weeks and months of a baby's life. Services focus on establishing healthy routines, promoting safe sleep practices, feeding support for both breastfed and bottle-fed babies, diapering, bathing, soothing techniques, and monitoring your newborn's growth and development. A Newborn Care Specialist also educates parents on infant cues, sleep patterns, and age-appropriate care, helping families build confidence as they adjust to life with a new baby. Whether providing daytime guidance or overnight care, the goal is to create a calm, nurturing environment that allows parents to rest, recover, and enjoy bonding with their newborn. A Doula offers compassionate, non-medical physical, emotional, and informational support throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. During pregnancy, a doula helps families prepare for labor by providing education, comfort measures, and personalized birth planning. Throughout labor and birth, a doula remains by your side, offering continuous encouragement, comforttechniques, relaxation strategies, and advocacy to help you feel informed and empowered. After birth, postpartum doula services include assistance with newborn care, infant feeding support, emotional well-being, light household tasks related to baby care, and guidance as families adjust to their new routines. Every family's journey is unique, and doula care is tailored to provide reassurance, confidence, and personalized support every step of the way.
