About me

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Pregnancy and birth are truly some of the most beautiful journeys we get to experience and I'm so happy that you're here, seeking a team to support you and walk alongside you because no one was ever meant to go through these experiences alone. My name is Elizabeth Williams - I am a mother, wife, and certified and trained Birth Doula and HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator and Placenta Encapsulation Specialist. I have served families in all birth settings: home, birth center, and the hospital. I believe in empowering women to reconnect with their intuition and instinctive birthing abilities. My goal is to equip each couple that I work with to help them feel confident and excited going into their birthing and parenting experiences by providing intentional and personalized education, support, and attention. Over 80% of my clients have experienced natural, unmedicated births and 100% of my clients have had vaginal births. I have served couples with VBACs and they have had successful VBAC experiences. I serve clients all throughout Orange County and teach childbirth classes in North & South OC. Service introduction

I teach HypnoBirthing classes. HypnoBirthing is a method that uses relaxation techniques to help moms have a safer, easier, more comfortable, and instinctive birth. Each class is a 5 week series where we meet once per week for 3 hours. I also provide services as a birth and postpartum doula. I am certified in placenta encapsulation.
