Hi, I’m Alyssa! I’m a BADT Certified Full Spectrum Doula providing compassionate birth and postpartum support. My goal is to help you feel heard, respected, informed, and genuinely cared for throughout your journey. I believe this is your body, your baby, and your experience. I’m here to support your choices, help you understand your options, advocate for your voice, and create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you and your family. I welcome private-pay clients and also work with Blooming Families Doula Services, where eligible families may be able to use insurance. If you choose the insurance route, you’ll complete an intake with Blooming Families and can request me as your doula—or choose another doula if they feel like a better fit. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and confident knowing you have someone who truly cares in your corner.

Hi, I’m Alice, a compassionate and courageous Doula, offering both birth and postpartum services. Education and information are my focus, as I work to empower birthing families to build the confidence needed for a meaningful and peaceful birth experience. I am a birth ambassador, and an expert in physiological birth. I value science and evidence-based practices, autonomy, personal responsibility, individualized care and respectful parenting. I enjoy supporting families in developing a birth plan aligned with their values, teaching and providing comforting touch, and working with partners, siblings, and multigenerational families.

I’m very grateful to have this as my service in this lifetime and believe every new life is a gift to be honored with care, love and respect for the process. Trained in techniques that encourage optimal fetal positioning by finding balance in the body (more comfort during pregnancy as well as labor/birth) optimal positioning helps labor be more comfortable, increasing odds of a efficient and smoother vaginal birth. I share these techniques with my clients in the third trimester to decrease the use of interventions & prevent trauma. Also practicing placenta encapsulation and massage therapy at Full Moon Birth & Family Wellness Center.

My role as a birth doula is to create a safe space and empower all birthing persons to have a positive birth experience. I greatly enjoy working as a team with the birthing person, partner and caregivers.

In 2014, after having my own home birth with a midwife, I knew that I wanted to help expectant families have that same empowered and supported birthing experience that I did. I am dedicated to making sure that you and your partner feel like you have the skills you need to have the most positive birth experience as possible. I love to explore and research ways to provide you with continuous support, and use evidence based information so that you can make educated decisions during your pregnancy, birth, and into postpartum. I love the field on birth and babies. I have been to hundreds of births over the span of 12 years. I changed careers for a number of years as an EMT. Therefore, I have a strong medical background. Also, I am AHA certified in infant, children, adult CPR, and a certified newborn care specialist, and postpartum Doula. I have now created my own company as a Postpartum Doula serving Sonoma to San Francisco, and East Bay We have now expanded into the San Francisco and East Bay. Hello, I’m Rebecca DeMartini Certified and trained through The Matrone (Diane Bartlett), Dona International, Spinning Babies, Cornerstone Doulas, Hearthstone Midwifery, Hands on hands in womb care, Lactation, Innate Postpartum, Doula Trainings International, CPR and Neo-Natal Resuscitation. Thinking midwifery was the next step I trained 2.5 years and gained valuable experience, knowledge and wisdom from the amazing midwives I had the honor of working with. Ultimately I decided it wasn’t my calling or my passion the way being a Doula is. I am passionately committed to all families on their journey through fertility, birth and postpartum and know birth intimately. Using my learned knowledge through education and the experience of the 700+ births I’ve had the honor of attending, I work closely with families to help promote body awareness, natural intuition, education and advocacy. I am dedicated to applying the knowledge I have to make your journey from conception to postpartum the best it can be!

My name is Reena, and I bring over 20 years of experience caring for infants and young children. I am a trained birth and postpartum doula, prenatal and postpartum yoga teacher, and have additional training in pelvic floor rehabilitation and postpartum recovery. I am also a mother and have homeschooled my son for the past seven years. I specialize in supporting families with babies ages 0-12 months. My care includes newborn and infant care, feeding support, soothing techniques, holding baby while parents rest or attend appointments, and light household tasks related to baby care. I believe the postpartum season is a profound transition, and I offer a calm, nurturing presence along with emotional support for new parents as they navigate this tender time.
