About me

In 2014, after having my own home birth with a midwife, I knew that I wanted to help expectant families have that same empowered and supported birthing experience that I did. I am dedicated to making sure that you and your partner feel like you have the skills you need to have the most positive birth experience as possible. I love to explore and research ways to provide you with continuous support, and use evidence based information so that you can make educated decisions during your pregnancy, birth, and into postpartum. I support families all throughout the following areas: South Bay, Peninsula, San Francisco, and East Bay. I am 100% vaccinated and boosted.

I offer in-person or virtual birth/labor support. This package includes 5 prenatal sessions to go over birth preferences, comfort measures, newborn prep & breast/bottle feeding basics, and induction prep/awareness. Nighttime Postpartum Support
Nighttime rate - $75/hr, 8 hour minimum. Newborn care, light baby related chores such as bottle and pumping parts sanitization, baby laundry, restocking of diaper station, postpartum education. Prior to baby arrival we will have one session to go over newborn prep, breast/bottle feeding basics, and a nursery visit. Schedule a free consultation to learn more!

Labor Doula
This package includes 5 prenatal sessions where we go over the birth preferences, comfort measures, newborn prep, and induction prep/awareness. In person labor support and postpartum wrap up approximately 2-3 weeks after baby is born. Schedule a free consultation for more information!

Sibling Doula
Sibling doulas provide on-call childcare to support older siblings when parents must leave for the hospital or birthing center for the birth of a new baby. They can also provide in-home support for home births as well. What's provided: *Free initial consultation/interview *One face-to-face prenatal visit to introduce the doula to the older sibling(s) to learn the family's needs. *Referrals as needed to community or other resources. *On-call services around the clock from 38 weeks until the birth of your baby. *Continuous childcare for 24 hours during the labor/birth and postpartum hours. Additional charges apply after 24 hours of support at the hourly rate of $50/hr. At no time will your child/ren be left attended.
