About me

Hello! My name is Andrea and I am one half of the Charlotte Doula Team. My doula partner, Sarah Smith, and I offer birth doula services in the greater Charlotte, NC area. We are both experienced doulas who have been serving in Charlotte for many years. We aim to provide exceptional, compassionate support for our clients during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. In addition to our birth doula services, we also offer postpartum doula services and childbirth education classes!

Service introduction

We offer a unique partnership model of birth doula support. You will have access to both of us during your pregnancy and one of us will be by your side during your labor. In addition, we offer postpartum doula services, sibling doula services, and private childbirth education classes. Our individualized approach centers you as the person making the choices for your birth and parenting.

Signature Birth Package

With our signature doula package you will receive: 24/7 access to both doulas through phone/text/email. Two in person prenatal visits in the comfort of your home. On call service from time of hire until your baby's birth. One of our two doulas attending your birth with no time limits. One postpartum visit with the doula who attended your birth.

With our postpartum doula package you will receive: One in home visit to discuss your needs for postpartum. Flexible scheduling of postpartum shifts. Support may include: postpartum care, newborn care, sibling care, pet care, light housework, feeding support, sleep support, parenting support, running errands, and more.
