Hello, I'm Emily, a CAPPA certified postpartum doula. Originally from Portland, I traveled and worked as a nanny in Corvallis, Grand Cayman, Amsterdam, SF, and Denver—almost always with babies. I transitioned to doula work in San Francisco and have loved quickly adapting to each family's needs ever since. I excel at making parents comfortable, soothing babies and providing guidance, as well as fitting myself in wherever help is needed in your household. Be that baby care, cooking, organizing, laundry, massage, or a sympathetic and impartial ear. I will support you so that you can confidently care for your new tiny human!

Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

A Bonded Beginning ♥️

*I will always create a monthly invoice for you to track hours and cost and potentially help you claim that cost back through insurance!* Bonded Beginning package: 3 weeks of three six hour days at 10% off. At $34 per hour this would normally cost $1,836. Package cost would be $1,650! A total of 9 days to be used within 4 weeks, adjusting to your schedule.

What to expect

I have the experience to care for you and your family in whatever way makes you feel most supported and confident as you transition to being home with baby. With Baby Care; feeding, bathing, wearing etc., Household Care; cooking, organizing projects, tidying, laundry, and Parent Care; listening to your birth story, talking through your concerns, providing massage, or holding baby (and/or entertaining siblings) while you shower, nap, or catch up on your own needs. Emily is truly the best. Frequently asked questions

Do you provide night time care?

Though I do not do overnights, I can provide a sunset or sunrise schedule Monday—Thursday. Which means starting my shift at 7am or ending at 8pm to help you catch up on some z's!

Are you a licensed massage therapist?

I am not! Though I grew up with my LMT mother as she started Rejuvenation Day Spa. I have been getting out of naps with shoulder rubs since preschool and developed my own firm and gentle touch through time. My first 20 minute massage is free and if you'd like more attention, I ask $30 for each 30 minute interval.
