About me

I grew up hearing stories about my birth. The 70+ hours, the walking and walking and walking, and the sweet support of friends and midwife. This story always intrigued me but I didn't think I would go to medical school, so I wrote off pursuing birth work until a few years ago when I was introduced to Doula support. I have been training for this work my whole life. In my doula practice, I provide intuitive empathic care, specializing in fierce advocacy, transparent conversations, and perceptive encouragement

Service introduction

When you reach out to me, we will set up an introductory visit to see if we're a good match. If you decide to go ahead with my services, I'll send you my contract and an intake form to get to know you better so that I can support you in as many ways as possible. From there, I become a member of your birth team and will be on call for call and text support throughout your pregnancy!

Full Doula Package
I provide two fully customizable prenatal appointments! In these we will go over what you know, don't know, and practice breathing techniques and pushing positions for your labor. A large portion of my services entails 360 hours of on call time - 2 weeks before and two weeks after your EDD! I'll be present whenever you need me during your labor, and then your delivery to support you and your birth team. This also includes one postpartum appointment within two weeks of your delivery to process your birth experience and to answer any questions you may have about your transition.
