I am a birth doula, licensed massage therapist and have a nursing degree. I enjoy bringing all of my knowledge regarding women’s health and birth work to advocate for you, answer any questions and assist you with food preparation for a smoother postpartum period. Service introduction

I offer 2 prenatal visits ( minimum) lasting several hours each. The on call period begins at week 38-42. I provide at least2 postpartum visits each lasting several hours. I am happy to assist with adjusting to home life with baby regardless of what that looks like for you! I also love to food prep and feed everyone! My massage table can also be brought to you for physical relief of all things stressful 🫶🏼

At least 2 prenatal visits of at least 2 hours each, birth support regardless of length of time, and at least 2 postpartum visits lasting at least 2 hours each. These are conservative values as I usually do more visits than just this and I am ALWAYS available via text for questions or concerns!

Janet and I met during the last weeks of my pregnancy. She stepped in and answered all of my questions and even helped me formulate questions that I had for my doctor. She sat down with me and created a birth plan, meal prepped over a dozen warm and delicious meals, breads, etc for me to enjoy after having my infant. She gave a prenatal massage, as well as a postnatal. She was there to answer my calls and texts with questions before and after baby. She included my older son and my husband very well. My family has adopted her as a permanent person in our lives. She is truly special and if we add another child to the family we would have Janet there again! She is such a blessing!
