Hi, I’m Emily! I live in central Oregon with my husband Jaxun and pup Bentley. We were high school sweethearts and got married in 2017. I love coffee, the color purple, tattoos, laughing until my face hurts, and crackling campfires. I'm an LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) and Postpartum doula. I have 10+ years of nursing and infant care experience. Previously specializing in Labor and Delivery in Hospital, Birth Centers, and Home Birth settings. I’m also currently a Lactation Consultant student and doula educator. I have a flexible schedule as I work for myself, and will do my best to prioritize your care needs. I stay current on CPR certification and vaccines, prioritizing your child’s safety. I'm deeply passionate about bridging the gaps in care, nourishing, educating, and empowering parents, as they navigate the postpartum period. I look forward to connecting!
Time is fleeting. Capturing the essence of your little one in the early days. No posing, props, or flawless touch ups. Just simply raw, messy, real life. Without judgment, and lots of love in the comfort of your own home. Any profits from Fresh 48 sessions go directly towards to supporting postpartum families who may need extra assistance. $150, 30 min session Non-refundable $50 deposit due at the time of booking, applied to overall total 15-25 high resolution images
Daytime support, minimum 4 hours.
Overnight support, minimum 9 hours. I recommend at least 9 hour overnight postpartum doula visits to ensure you have the opportunity to get a full 8+ hours of sleep. This longer stretch of time will ensure you have the opportunity to get good rest and on demand support as you need it.
1 hour of personalized assistance with any type of infant feeding. This can be troubleshooting feeling positions, paced bottle feeding, etc

As a doula and licensed practical nurse, I feel strongly about creating a nurturing, safe, and inclusive environment during this magical time in your life. The postpartum experience can be joyous and challenging. As a postpartum doula, I help families ease into the transition of having a newborn in their home. I provide physical, emotional, and informational support to help ease your transition into parenthood. During this fourth trimester adjustment, it is my priority to create a safe space, where you have the ability to feel supported, heard, and respected.
