I am a birth doula, licensed massage therapist and have a nursing degree. I enjoy bringing all of my knowledge regarding women’s health and birth work to advocate for you, answer any questions and assist you with food preparation for a smoother postpartum period. I grew up hearing stories about my birth. The 70+ hours, the walking and walking and walking, and the sweet support of friends and midwife. This story always intrigued me but I didn't think I would go to medical school, so I wrote off pursuing birth work until a few years ago when I was introduced to Doula support. I have been training for this work my whole life. In my doula practice, I provide intuitive empathic care, specializing in fierce advocacy, transparent conversations, and perceptive encouragement
