For 25 years, I have been a Registered Dietitian dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of my community. Driven by a passion for empowering families through optimal nutrition, I now focus my efforts on serving new parents during their postpartum journey. With a personalized and trauma-informed approach, I aim to support the health and well-being of postpartum parents and their children as they settle into life together.

As a Certified Postpartum Doula, my mission is to be there for families during those tender first months after childbirth. I offer emotional, physical, and educational support, providing guidance on breastfeeding, rest, and aiding in postpartum recovery. With additional training as a Newborn Care Specialist, I bring expert guidance and hands-on support with infant care, including feeding, sleep routines, and understanding newborn behavior. Together, we'll create a nurturing space where you can thrive. Whether I'm helping with overnight baby care, household tasks, or preparing nourishing meals, your care is tailored to your specific needs. My goal? To empower you to prioritize your well-being and embark on your parenthood journey confidently, armed with evidence-based knowledge every step of the way.
