Hi there! My name is Emma, and I am a certified birth and postpartum doula primarily located in the Denver metro area. As a doula I am here to support YOU. My opinions and beliefs don’t matter when it comes to you. It is not my place to judge, but only to support you with whatever you choose. I am committed to providing you with heart felt care, evidence based information, support, and holding space for you. Birth doesn’t have to be a scary thing. Every person is entitled to a sacred, safe, and informed birth. There is too much misinformation happening within the birth world and as your doula I promise to do my very best to keep that from happening to you. Every good doula knows that each birth is different and not one size fits all!

Labour support - 1 In home or virtual prenatal support: we will spend this time getting to know each other better, go over/set up birth plan, answer any questions you may have, and ease your fears! -24/7 support day or night. Whether you have a question, need reassurance, or just want to talk things through, I'm only a call or text away. -on call from 38 weeks. No matter when baby decides to make their entrance I will be there! -Labour and birth support. I will be by your side the entire time. I'll help guide you through the process with emotional and physical support as well as spiritual if you so choose. -2 In home or virtual postpartum visits within 60 days baby arrives which will include: light cleaning, cooking, mental and physical support, help adjusting to life with new baby! (if the $1500 is too much please reach out to me and we can see if we can work something out! ☺️)

Postpartum Support
minimum of 3 hours per visit I’m here to help support you with all things postpartum! No need to do it alone! Whether it’s emotional, spiritual, or physical help, I’m here to create a calm space for you and baby. I’ll help with feeding, diaper changes, light cleaning, help with meal prep/cooking, allowing you to rest, recover, and bond with your little one.
