About me

Hello, My name is Erin and I am a certified Interdisciplinary Doula located in New Haven County. Birth is powerfully. But it can also feel overwhelming when you don’t known what to expect and decisions are happening around you instead of with you. I became a doula because I believe every mother deserves to feel supported, informed, and empowered during one of the most important moments of her life. My goal is to create a calm, safe space where mothers feel heard and respected in their choices. I hope to offer reassurance, guidance, and compassionate support so each mother can trust her body, feel confident in her journey, and remember her birth experience as one where she was truly cared for.

Service introduction

I support individuals during pregnancy and delivery, either in person or virtually. Postpartum I provide support with adjustment to being home, nursing , food, night support and with any siblings.
