She is passionate about replacing fear, doubt and stigma with confidence, autonomy and joy through informed and empowering body literacy. Virtual a la carte consultations also available. Topics can include how to choose your provider or birth location, completing your birth plan, advocacy training and childbirth education. For in person doula services, I am based in Waco and do not travel more than 40 miles outside of downtown.

Access to my recommended reading list and local community resource list. Unlimited phone support, 2-3 prenatal meetings, constant labor/birth support, and 1-2 postpartum sessions. Photography and aromatherapy available as add-ons! Virtual a la carte consultations also available.
