Hello, I’m Ja’Neen Jenkins, MS, LPC, Doula & Founder of the Covered Mama Community. Based in the Shreveport–Benton area of northwest Louisiana, I specialize in trauma-informed birth support and integrative prenatal care that prepares your body and your nervous system for birth. With over 8 years of experience as a licensed therapist and doula, I merge mental-health awareness with the biomechanics of birth through the “Body Ready” method.
