I am trained and certified through the International Doula Institute as a Birth Doula, Certified Breastfeeding Counselor, Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator and Perinatal Nutrition Educator. I am also certified through ICT Academy as a Newborn Care Specialist, Sleep Coach, and in Infant/Child CPR. In addition, I am a Certified Medical Assistant with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Administration, which strengthens the professional and holistic support I provide. My approach blends education, advocacy, practical support, and gentle care to help families feel informed, confident, and supported.
