I would love some birthing support! Hoag Irvine birth center or Providence Mission Viejo is where I will give birth. This is my second baby, and the first time I got the epidural but it didn’t work. I would love to learn new positions and other pain relief during birth and not use the epidural. My husband is deployed now, and might not be there for the birth.

My wife and I are currently looking for a birth doula Our estimated due date is March 28, 2027, and we are planning to deliver at Hoag Hospital. We have Anthem Blue Cross insurance through LAUSD, and we are currently trying to confirm our doula benefits and which providers may be covered in-network. We also found that National Doula Network appears in-network under our Anthem plan. Could you please let us know whether you currently accept or bill Anthem Blue Cross, whether you work through National Doula Network or another insurance network, and whether your services for prenatal support, labor/birth support at Hoag, and postpartum care may be covered through insurance? I had a traumatic birth experience with my first child born in February of this year. I am now pregnant with my second child and would like a doula to be of support to my fiance and I while navigating my second pregnancy. I plan to give birth at a hospital, I don’t know which one yet because I don’t want to go to the same one I previously went to. I can send my previous birth plan for reference, there may be some things I add or take off. I just want someone who is personable and able to be emotionally supportive for my little family. I would like someone there every step of the way and to be there during my birth.

Hello, I am expecting my first baby in about 60 days. (I am overwhelmed every time i think about it) I would like an unmedicated vaginal birth without intervention.
