Just need for the delivery purpose who can help with dilation exercises

I am looking for a doula covered through Kaiser health insurance. I expect to give birth at Harbor City Kaiser and am located in Lawndale, CA. I am looking for support with birth planning, birth preparation, delivery and postpartum support. I am considered high risk due to age and first pregnancy. My due date is 11/30/2026. I am specifically interested in having an unmedicated birth so working with someone with that experience is important to me. I do not necessarily need lactation support too much, and am also interested in pre-natal yoga. I would prefer in-person care.

I had a traumatic birth experience with my first child born in February of this year. I am now pregnant with my second child and would like a doula to be of support to my fiance and I while navigating my second pregnancy. I plan to give birth at a hospital, I don’t know which one yet because I don’t want to go to the same one I previously went to. I can send my previous birth plan for reference, there may be some things I add or take off. I just want someone who is personable and able to be emotionally supportive for my little family. I would like someone there every step of the way and to be there during my birth.

I’m looking to avail the Doula services through Anthem Blue Cross employer based insurance. Their requirement is that the doula is a licensed mid wife. I am 29 years of age.

I plan on birthing in San Antonio Regional Hospital in Upland CA. I would like to have as least medical interventions as possible however while still in a hospital setting in case it is medically necessary to intervene. I would like to have a doula for supporting my husband and I in preparation for this to be possible as well as postpartum support to help me get settled in as a new mother healing from birthing. I don’t have a set budget as I am unaware of the costs that go into this. But we are willing to work towards meeting our needs. I am a first-time mom, my baby girl is due 11/1/2026. I plan on giving birth at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa, CA and will be using my Kaiser insurance to pay for doula services. Plan on giving birth at the hospital, I have blue shield promise which will cover doula coats hopefully as I cannot afford. Hopefully I can find a doula who is open minded, helpful, and willing to pass on knowledge as this is my first child.
