Hello, this will be my first baby and I am hoping to have a peaceful unmedicated hospital birth in Clovis Community Medical Center. I have insurance with TriCare Select I believe so if a referral is needed please let me know. I would love to have in person before, during and after doula care that will be friendly, easy to feel safe with, and will help me advocate for my safety and comfort as well as the baby’s. I have a more detailed birth plan available but basically I need help with breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, natural pain management, aftercare postpartum hygiene/care advices, advices for newborn baby sleep and care techniques, and overall mental support through the birth experience. I would like to try allowing my body to push the baby out when it is ready with the natural fetal ejection reflex if everything indicates it to be medically safe to do so. Hoping for a lesser traumatic experience with no c-section and no vaginal/perineal tears.

Looking for a night nanny for 3nights a week beginning the first week of January. (M, Wed, Thurs is the plan for now). Looking for a 10 hour shift 8pm-6am, but also open to 9pm to 7am. If open to adding additional hours for date nights or evolving into a day nanny as the baby gets older that would just be an added plus!
