How these prices are calculated

Prices are the rates night nannies and newborn care specialists list on their Bornbir profiles. Birth doula packages are left out, because they pay for labor support rather than nights. So are hourly rates under $15 or over $200, to leave out package prices entered as an hourly rate by mistake.

The Fayetteville figures count providers based within 150 miles once at least 5 of them list prices; below that the page shows Georgia or United States figures instead. Medians are the middle price, ranges the middle half of prices, and per-night costs assume a 10-hour shift. Figures recompute daily.

The cost of a night nanny in Fayetteville, GA can be influenced by several factors:

  • Experience and Qualifications

Nannies with extensive experience, certifications (e.g., newborn care specialist), or specific training often charge higher rates.

  • Number of Babies

Caring for twins or multiples typically costs more than caring for a single baby due to the increased workload.

  • Hours and Duration

Rates may vary depending on the number of hours per night, the total number of nights required, and whether the arrangement is short-term or long-term.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

Additional responsibilities, such as bottle preparation, light housekeeping, or sleep training, can increase the cost.

  • Time of Year

Demand during peak times, like the holiday season, may drive prices higher.

  • Agency Fees

Hiring through an agency often includes placement fees or additional charges for their services, adding to the overall cost.

  • Overnight Rates vs. Hourly Rates

Some nannies charge a flat overnight rate, while others charge hourly, which can influence costs depending on the length of the shift.

When considering hiring a night nanny in Fayetteville, GA, it's advisable to research and interview several night nannies to find one who aligns with your preferences, needs, and budget. During consultations, you can discuss their specific services and pricing structure to ensure you have a clear understanding of what is included and the associated costs. This process will help you find a night nanny who meets your needs and fits within your budget.

We were lucky enough to have Leah as our night nurse for six months, starting from the very first night we brought our son home from the hospital. From day one, she brought such a calm, reassuring presence into our home—and we instantly trusted her. Leah is incredibly knowledgeable and was a steady guide for us as first-time parents. She helped our son develop a strong, consistent schedule (both day and night), which made a huge difference for everyone’s sleep and sanity. She was also an amazing resource for postpartum support—always ready with thoughtful advice and encouragement when we needed it most. In addition, Leah is flexible and truly does her best to accommodate any schedule changes. She always made us feel like our family’s well-being was her top priority. Our baby absolutely adored her and gravitated toward her from the beginning. Leah made a meaningful impact on our family, and we’re so grateful for the care and peace of mind she gave us. If you’re considering night support for your newborn, I can’t recommend her highly enough!

There’s something so special about being able to support a family during the very beginning of their baby’s life. At Cradle & Bloom, I provide loving, gentle, and attentive newborn and infant care while helping parents feel supported and comfortable along the way. As a Certified Newborn Care Specialist with professional infant care experience, I truly love watching little ones grow, reach new milestones, and develop their own little personalities. My goal is to create a peaceful, nurturing environment where babies feel safe, loved, and cared for—and parents can feel confident knowing their little one is in loving hands.

We had every intention of hiring her as our nanny, but unfortunately our plans changed when my husband unexpectedly lost his job. Even though we weren’t able to move forward, I wanted to leave a review because our experience with her was excellent. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, professional, and responsive. Communication was always prompt and easy, and she made a wonderful first impression when she came to meet our 3-month-old daughter. She was warm, gentle, and seemed like such a natural with babies. What really stood out was how seriously she takes childcare. She asked thoughtful questions about our daughter’s feeding schedule, nap routine, preferences, and overall care, which gave us so much confidence that she genuinely wanted to provide the best possible care. It was clear she is experienced, attentive, and truly invested in the well-being of the children she cares for. We were so excited to have found someone we felt completely comfortable trusting with our baby girl, and we’re disappointed that our circumstances prevented us from moving forward. We absolutely plan to keep in touch and hope to use her for babysitting or as our nanny in the future when the opportunity arises. I would highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring, reliable, and professional caregiver!

Mislene was amazing. Her knowledge made me feel comfortable when making decisions during my labor and delivery. It gave my fiancé the confidence to be able to advocate for me in times I could not. We felt prepared and supported during my delivery and pregnancy. She was there to answer any of my questions and ask questions I would not have thought of at my doctor appointments as well. Lauren is amazing! She helped me build my birth plan and was able to bring her own experience and knowledge to help me make educated decisions. I ended up having to be medically induced early, and she talked through my birth plan with me again and helped me make adjustments. Day of, it was SO helpful to have her in the room to talk through decisions because the midwife was giving recommendations to change my birth plan, and it was so helpful to have a third party person who was educated in L&D to be able to talk this through with and come to the best conclusion for me. In the midst of giving birth, she was so helpful, attending to our every need. Because we had met ahead of time and she really took the time to get to know my goals and desires, she was able to advocate for me. I had precipitous labor, so things escalated quickly. At one point, my midwife asked me a question about pain meds that needed an immediate response. I was mid-contraction and unable to speak, but Lauren jumped in with no hesitation and communicated exactly what I wanted to say! She was also able to help keep my husband calm and engaged during our baby’s birth, and even he said he was so thankful Lauren was there with us! I would definitely hire her again and recommend her to anyone interested in hiring a doula!
